both are quite tracks. i would say LCMT is quieter than LRP. for reference a bunch of stock 997 gt3s were black flagged last year.

Bob Roleau would know better than me, but I believe that they're both 94dB restricted. Unless your name is Lawrence Stroll!

Tremblant is 92 dB at 50 feet. A stock GT3 or RS does not get black flagged. Those with aftermarket exhaust systems do get a black for noise. My RS is fine with the stock exhaust in sport mode.

Calabogie is more tolerant, their limit is a few dB higher.

Best,

My car is fine both places. I'm under Tremblant by a few db. Calabogie I'm way ok.

Stock GT3 exhaust.

Doc2s Yeah, now they calibrate the sound meter twice a day. The GT3 that got black flagged was in two run groups. Black flag in one and not in the other. WTF?

Wow, Thanks guys. I had planned to run my RS but, after taking that
engine apart and finding some catasrophic damage I am going to run my Turbo car. I guess I should muffle the wastegate

Bob, in your opinion, any chance a 993 with Supercups would pass at Tremblant?

Matt
