Thanks VR! (BTW - how are the Muslims holding up today? )

Just for reference, I work out every other day for 1hr (hard to find more time than that). I run for 30 mins, then do upper body lifting for the remainder. Normally when I go to the gym its a 5:30am.

And like you VR, I do push-ups almost every night, and I eat bananas like a monkey.

My #1 downfall in my normal daily diet is my dark chocolate. Sure, its suppose to be good for you, but not in the quantities that I consume it...

This is not for driving but for hockey (which obviously is physically harder) good drink, instead of gatorade, is the stuff that you give babies when they have diarrea. It has the same electrolytes etc. but not so much sugar. Sorry but I can't remember the name.
+1 on dilluting gatorade if there's not that "baby gatorade" available. That's what I do whether playing hockey or driving.
+1 on bicycling, great workout.

They are holding up worse every day that I am around.

I don't think the chocolate is bad, unless you eat like a pound a day. And the milk chocolate is far worse.

Finn, is it called Poop-B-Gon?

No roll cage? No thanks. Besides, I'll leave the biking to guys like you who become one with that intrusive seat.

No!

I think what Juan suggests is the name, Pedialyte (you can get it from crocery store).

Poop-B-Gone - I thought this was a health discussion, not a discussion on how to manage your household after getting a puppy...

The custom brewed sports drink the pros use is found here: http://www.glycomax.com/

Like any athletic event, they key to proper hydration and nutrition is to eat & drink before the event starts, and during the event for maintenance. Get a drink bottle and strap it to your roll cage. Drink often while in the car. Cheap, simple, effective!

Petu,

This is the baby stuff. It does not taste as good as Gatorade and does have a medicinal after taste but it mixes good with the taste of brake dust

I wonder what Kimi puts in his mandatory RedBull bottle?

Cheers, Juan

Yup, that's the other one. Never tried it, though.

LOL. I am more like the guy at the far right, but with much more upper body hunkiness.

But I have to wonder what you were looking for whan you found that photo...

I work out at the gym three times a week . Have been doing it for years. I don't do anything special just before or during a race weekend. During the weekend I drink water only.
