how about the outer portions, particularly the inner wheel of a K18?
I heard lexani might have these too, due to still having the tooling or the inners being standard for other types of wheels

I just called Lexani. they are no longer building parts, but have spare parts in inventory. so, you need to take a picture, send accurate dimensions to see if they have the wheel inner, outers and centers.

If there is a small crack on the outers or inners, can that be fixed (and be raceable)?I would think that the centers being forged is a little more difficult vs the outers.
i have one pretty bent up inner that i would like to give to a friend if it can be straightened by wheel techniques, or wheesl america, etc. my buddy is on a worse budget than i am and has a crack on the inner near the bead area.

You can get new Kodiak centers for not much more than used Kinesis parts anyway. You can get inner and outer Kodiak rims as well. Call Jeff Alton at PacWest Performance 604-313-3494. He'll fix you up. Jeff is also manufacturing new forged Fuch style centers that would probably work too.

Jeff is a good guy. He got me a set of outers for my Kinesis wheels last Spring.

I looked for replacement centers for a while with no luck. Note that Kinesis used 2 different pad thicknesses on their centers so you should make sure they match up or your offsets will be wrong.

I looked up their website and it looked like they didn't have any wheels in 17" size that would have a 40-bolt pattern like the K27s have...
Do you have Jeff's e-mail address by any chance?

Just joined Rennlist to put my spoon in the soup as well. I bought that K27 set from Juha, and really, there was bad cracks on the other rear centerpiece. Well, ok, Juha got a set of 3 good ones and 1 thrashed one and shipped out the required centerpiece to Finland. We DID measure the pieces and that spare I got was taken out of 968 so we figured out it would fit well. I went to the Customs this morning to get it out (payed almost 50Eur VAT to get it out) and then to a tireshop I know to dismount the tyre and rim. I changed the centerpiece and...
...e-LOOOOO-gahhhh!!! Different offset...
By looking with bare eye there seems to be app. 20mm difference in those centers. I still have to measure those accurately, but so far so good, there might be a solution. I just do not know until Juha gets back home and measures the rest two centers still laying around in his bedroom (..or godknowswherehemightkeepthem...), but they might be useable for this case. Seems to me that one needs patience of a cow when dealing with issues like these.
Well, anyway I have to give Juha a big hand on how he handled this one so far. Atleast I have a centerpeice which I can use, though it is with different offset but I can now drive the car.

If the wheel center that Juha sent to you fits, then you may be able to get a spacer for the smaller wheel on that end of the car and correct your problem. A 20 mm increase in width per side should not cause significant problems for you, if they fit inside the wheel arch without rubbing.
