this is precisely what i think happened to me here. still was doing a little too much trailbraking, car got light over the hump and it went. might've been ok if i released at the last moment, but will never know for sure

also, this is actually part one since it happened same session as southbend, ab 8 laps earlier.

Seriously.... looked like a lift... no biggie...
BUT i really dont understand why the White 911 past you at that point?????? if you over corected or got on the gas to hard a snap spin you could have T boned him???? was this a DE??? or race?

if it was a de i would hope he thought about the pass he took for the next time... just my opinion

your concern is understandable, but i know that driver very well. we have run together for over 3 years. he wouldn't have done that w/ some he doesn't know, nor run that close in the first place, and neither would i.

the nice friend that he is, later he actually mentioned he was surprised to see me in his mirror out of hogpen b/c he was sure i would end up off track

for now i've given up on flares. in the end, you'll always end up wanting more rubber.

they were actually 2 yr old avons i had sitting around, so the stone analogy is quite accurate, but i only planned on sharing that excuse w/ the driver of the white car.

Did you move the camera position? I love the opening shot. One car in each panel.

I've watched it 5 times and I can't tell what happed, sometimes video is tough (and I'm not good at video dissection), as pointed out in the other thread....so since it was quiet (under brakes), I would have to think that it is TBing like you said. Or maybe some anti-freeze, ....that's it.

This is a 911 car, no?

A neutral, understeering rear-engined car? It looks like bad tires and normal 911 oversteer.
