^^ Is that a must tape a permanent arm on left side of the car waiver?

(watch, hell start passing some vets on the track at the end of the weed and change the arms to his middle finger)

I think they get the rookie yellow tape on the bumper.

You ain't kidding! When I first ran VIR, I thought I was all that and a bag of chips and promptly got my *** handed to me by the vets

It is a VERY fast and VERY challenging track. But when you finally "get it", the reward is soooooooooo sweet.

I'd go with Chris L's old car, but I've been to VIR too many times in March where it would either rain or snow. I want to be sure my first outing with the car is in some good weather. Itching to test this awesome suspension that Chris assembled.

I dont think there is a more rewarding feeling...well...other than acutally using 6th gear because you have to in a 500 hp car...haha

6th? Yeah, I'll never see that gear! I'm lucky to hit 5th gear with the LOOOOOOOONG gearing in the GT3.

I'm lucky to hit 5th and usually stay in 4th ( about 136) and rarely hit the rev limiter....might shift to 5th and see if it helps my time, but my 5th goes up to about 163 and is pretty useless (w/ about 260 hp).

I dont think Ill hit 6th at vir (ill be close) but I hit 6th whenever I run the Reverse IMSA course that Pocono Raceway offers...its a holy experience to say the least.

(Edit, with the tt...the rs ain't goin' near 6th...haha)

Yes Sir! What he said!

And 6th gear???? In my 993, where even 5th is an overdrive gear, 6th was barely a hypothetical discussion. Now I only have 5 gears, which is all I know how to use anyway. I get into 5th just prior to the end of the hill on the back straight.
