Sent check and reg form to Manny via snail mail - hoping to get in either White or Black. stock C4S on street tires just won't hang with all you big boys in Red. If I get into the event, would love to have a beer with y'all. Haven't been to VIR in about a year and a half - when I still had the (gasp) Z06. Looking forward to the possibility of getting back out on my favorite track.

Forklift, you are one of the best drivers at these events, you do not need a warning sticker for danger just one for speed.

Just got back from VIR member weekend and the car is just about set up perfectly. Whipped off my fastest time to date so I'm ready! 3 1/2 weeks

I too set my fastest lap at VIR this past weekend, pride does not allow posting of said time. I will only say that my 19 year old son bested my time by 2.5 seconds using the same car, same run group, different sessions. I did pass a Ferrari on my last run Saturday.

Can't wait for Zone 2. I'm running the car in Black, my son will be terrorizing the White group. Stop by the green and purple cartoon car and see us.

Also set some new personal best on entry and exit speeds....especially the climbing esses and southbend where I have been working ALOT on that section.

Southbend 96

I need to go back and crunch the segment times to see what that translated to in time gained.
