Default Info needed about PST Insurance for my track car

If you can believe this Allstate is refusing to renew my auto policy because they think that I will track my street porsche (not the 944 S2).
We have a total of 5 vehicles and never had a claim and only 1 speeding ticket (not me ) in the last five years. We also have several homes insured with them.

Anyway, while I work throught this BS it's apparrent that I will need a stand alone PST insurance policy for the track car. Can someone give me any references??

Time is of the essence...

Thanks.

Glen-

Thank you very much. I'll be hooked up by tomorrow. Just need to send them a picture of my car along with the application.

Does anyone have a picture of a 997 Cup they can spare??

Just noticed:
Vehicle Usage:

* Autos we insure must be stored in a locked permanent garaging facility when not in use.
* Autos we insure may not be used for commuting to or from work or school, used for business purposes or as a substitute for another auto.
* Autos we insure are not covered while on a racetrack or when being used for: racing, speed, driver education, or timed events.

Yep, that is their PST coverage.

What made them think you would track the street car? What did you say?

OK so you can't drive it on the street or race track....what the heck are they insuring the car for then?

My point exactly....
Very strange insurance.

Heacock insurance like that (which I also have) is to cover my race car when in storage or transport. Not strange at all if you understand the use and the terminology. Heacock also does classic insurance for special cars driven very low miles.

What Mark said.

I can justify balling my car up at the track. However I can't justify the cost of the car being stolen out of my garage or being destroyed while towing it too the track.

My understanding was that the post was requesting insurance for tracking a car...not just for towing and storage

It still seems like relatively useless insurance:

Heacock will cover the storage and towing
Another policy would have to cover pleasure use (as I'm sure the clause regarding not "substituting for another car" would be heavily enforced very broadly)
Then you're on your own on the track

I just don't see the point when you can get one policy to cover everything, including track coverage.
Or two policies that cover all 3 issues

In fact, if you only relied on Heacock, it would be illegal to drive the car on errands and for weekend commutes as technically you wouldn't be insured if you had another car to do the same job sitting in your garage.
