Snap-on makes one, and I have heard about others that will too, but i can't remember specific endorsements. I'd check the higher voltage models from DeWalt or Milwalkee too. I would be surprised if they were not able to break lug nuts loose.

Re breaking lug nuts, I have a craftsman 18v job which does the job nicely.

Never tried -- I still use a breaker bar to break the lug nuts loose, like you do.

Given Marc's post above, I suppose the Ryobi 18V impact driver would be able to break them loose...

The Ingersol Rand 19.2V IR2530K imact delivers 350 ft-lbs at one end, and is very controllable for low-imact work at the other. Aside from hightly spendy Snap-On, the IR is a winner.
Lug nuts don't stand a chance. Just finished braking down two rear suspension sets, which were a snap!

The kit includes two 19.2V batteries and an impact socket kit, and they go for around $339. I love mine!!
