Default F1 Magazine & EWA! *BEWARE*

I subcribed to F1 magazine via EWA model cars and magazines early this year and have received every magazine extremely late. It is basically not worth getting the magazine 3-4 weeks late.

I called EWA to find out where the December issue is and all I asked was why are all the F2 issues late and why have I not received the December issue yet.

The lady I spoke with was very rude, interupted me and could care less but offered to send F1 magazine out 1st class mail for $116. NO THANKS!

So obvisouly this company could care less about timely delivery of F1 or customer service.

I have bought many model racecars from them over the years and never had a problem. I visited the store once and I found them in person to be less than friendly.

Antonio, yes they are not very friendly indeed...really ticked me off when I hung up the phone as they seem to be very unhappy people there.

A. Wayne, I will let my subcription run out and buy only those issues I want at the local magazine rack...heck by the time the F1 magazine gets to me I've read all about F1 from your posts and some other board I visit. I guess it's still good for the pictures though.

I get my 911 & Porsche World through them and never have had a problem.

Here in US we get it (911&...) about month late but the book stores get it at the same time.

No problems here, either. Sorry you had a poor experience.

I am still waiting for my Nov and Dec F1 magazine. I have emailed them and F1 magazine plus called again. They really offer no help at all. I signed up July 5th and so far only received the Sept and Oct issue. They claim the Nov issues were mailed to all subcribers Nov5th and the Dec issue was mailed Nov30th.
