I finished 5th. Boston and I traded places a few times. He almost got me at the end after I spun on the last lap, but I held him off.

I saw that Jester was out before the race was over and the next two were AI about 25 seconds behind me so I figured the AI must have done their kamakazie act again. From now on, if all agree, i'm going to pull the AI out of the actual fun races and only run them in practices.
Ray, I just happened to be in a good zone last night.. Jester beat me handily the race before that!
All you fence-sitters need to start showing up!

Chris - It will come but in the meantime just be consistant. It's the guy that stays on the track that does well/wins. Once everyone is comfortable with the whole sim thing we can start dialing in a more realistic damage model, strict flagging, and longer races that will require a pit stop. I noticed last night that 3 of my 4 tires were in the yellow wear zone for the last couple laps, and that was only a 10 lap race!

Yep, 8 laps and they start going away. As for going for more than 10 laps I personally don't want to go much more. It is too long staring at the screen with no rest. I have been doing computer/video games and such since pong came out and as long as I can remember I have this thing. I sometimes forget to blink. I will be sitting there and all of a sudden my eyes will start running because I haven't shut them for 10 minutes.
What can I say. I just can't help myself.

When I first got my Ducati I thought there was something wrong with my helmet. My eyes (and contacts) were completely dry. It took me a while, but I finally figured out I was not blinking, at all. The performance of that bike was way beyond me (and really still is).

i notice them going off at 4 laps. by the 7th lap i am losing 1.5 seconds off my fast lap and by 9 i am losing 2 seconds.
what i forget to do is breathe. i find myself holding it in and i have to remind myself to BREATHE on the straits i hope i don't do that on the race track
