neat video of what it is like to drive a small block 650hp Can Am Mclaren...
There is a brief sponsor ad, but it is worth the wait...

The Shelby American Collection in Boulder Colorado. Tonight is the Holliday party there, and it doubles as Shelby's birthday party. All of the cars are individually owned and most are raced in vintage events across the country. The Lola was the Shelby/Gurney entry in the 1966 Can Am races, and it was the only Ford powered car to ever win a Can Am race. There are quite a few GT40s, Cobras, Shelbys, etc.
A very nice place to visit !

Oh yes, Road America BEFORE the chain-link fences and cement walls!!! I feel like I'm back in the late 60's, early 70's- Hulme, McLaren, Donohue, Siffert, Stewart, et al. That's a must buy!!

Great Video. There was also one in the right banner that showed them at Watkins Glen when it was only the 2.3 mile circuit.

Yeah, after finding that video again, I lost about 2 hours of my life watching other vidoes that linked from that and others. After having run four races at Road America this year I still had to double take at where some of the footage was being shot since it has changed just enough.
