Just got off the phone with the Daytona Beach PoPo, they need a notarized affidavit sent via certified mail before they will open an investigation into this matter. What a PITA.

Just got off the phone with the ***'t Gen Mgr at the Residence Inn. Looks like the charges on my card were do to a foul-up in their reservation system. I had reserved three rooms way back when Rennsport III was announced and somehow they made three more reservations in my name and on my card then when when I didn't show up for the other three I was charged as a no show.
All settled and charges being reversed. What a hassle. But thanks again for the tip off ... better to get this worked out earlier than try later.
