Gah, I really want to run TWS clockwise! However, I also want to run a different track than TWS, which is why I'm signed up with TDE @ MSR-Cresson the next weekend (Dec. 8-9).

Think I can get the wife to go along with 2 track weekends in a row?

I just did it - TWS followed by MSR. My wife is just starting to talk to me again. I'm totally wiped out after two consecutive weekends. May try to avoid that going forward. That said, my advice is... Go for it!

Looking forward to clockwise!

Just do it! If she doesn't talk to you for a week...well, how bad can that be. I have done two events back-toback, drove from one track to the other, then did an event on her B'day once, and I'm still married. (at least I was when I left this morning....).

Oh, I've done it before (two track weekends in a row). However, I've been at the track an average of 2 times per month the past couple of months, and will continue that trend through Nov. and Dec.

She's just starting to add up, mentally, how much all of those track weekends (and hotels and etc. etc.) are costing us... ah well, gotta pay to play, right?

Oh, and I _have_ run TWS clockwise before, a couple of times... it's marginally more fun than running CCW. I think the track "flows" better.

Ack, clockwise? I might get lost. Guess I'll take my GPS with me.

"Go straight"
"In 500' turn right"
"Turn left"
"recalculating"
"please return to the programmed route"...

You guys will love TWS CW! Nothing like decelerating from ~135 +/- MPH .

At least when running CW, you can see the turn in from the banked straight.

You decelerate?

That explains a lot.

Yup, I don't use my brakes, I just decelerate.
