Damn, sorry to hear that. You really need to start thinking about using two sets of brake pads, one for the track and one for the street. You are fast enough now that you will eat up street pads in no time at a DE's. A good race pad will last you several events for now. I can actually change the pads on a 996 in less time than it takes me to get the wheel off.

I may hit you up for a "show me" session (for changing pads ) I think two sets of pads is a great idea. And much cheaper than a set of rotors...

Any time. Honestly, it's easier than you think. I changed Bruce's in about 30 minutes total. I've got all the tool needed (not much). I do the brakes on several cars locally, they just come by house. Now doing the rotors and fluid takes a little longer but not by much.
