Dunno if you remember, but my brake wear light came on Saturday. Through hard work and diligence, I was able to chew threw my pads and start eatingthe front rotors. Kinda weird actually - I was checking them after each sesssion and the part you can see had around 3-4 mm of pad. Unfortunately, the side you couldn't see had less - doh!
A semi-expensive lesson learned...

Damn, sorry to hear that. You really need to start thinking about using two sets of brake pads, one for the track and one for the street. You are fast enough now that you will eat up street pads in no time at a DE's. A good race pad will last you several events for now. I can actually change the pads on a 996 in less time than it takes me to get the wheel off.
