MAVPCA DE 9/22-9/23 MSR Cresson. Who's going?
I'm going to drive Cresson for the first time, as I can't make the TWS DE the weekend before. Should be fun to learn a new track.
Who else is going?
Where do most folks stay?

Mike,
I'm planning to be there. Fall driving season is pretty full this year. Can't wait!

Hi Mike, I might be doing the MSR DE, but deep_uv is set on doing TWS the weekend before and I can't let him get ahead of me there on track time. So I'm going to TWS and will do MSR if I can sweet talk my wife into two weekends in a row. It is a full track season this fall. Drives me nuts that we sit out all summer with no track time and then starting in September we have DE's back to back...

I probably won't make this one. As Greg said, I'm definitely doing TWS the week before. If by some miracle, work/wife lets me loose the next weekend I will, but it will probably be a last minute decision.
The TWS and MSR DE's are back to back again in Oct too.
Another decision to make, but will probably do MSR in Oct.
Mike, the motel6 wasn't too bad in Benbrook last time I was up. Granbury looks to have much more to offer so I'll probably try that next time. Plus it's closer to Austin.

FYI, registration is open already for the Oct DE @ TWS. I'm registered already for that one. Not having driven another track, it will be interesting to experience Cresson & see what the new-track experience does for my droving skills.

I'm almost certain I'll be there unless I have a mechanical issue @ TWS or work gets in the way. I've been staying at the Best Western in Granbury lately. The hotel is relatively new and is about 10 minutes from the track.

There is a Best Western around the corner from the aforementioned Motel 6 that is much nicer. It's on par with the Amerisuites that Glen mentioned but closer to the track. I've stayed in all three before.
I also hear the trackside Villas are nice.

It's just the way LSRPCA does it. Richard Jackson opens up registration exactly one month before the event. I think part of it is because LSR runs quite a few DE's, some of them only a month apart.
