Default Pocono full course

I am signed up for Metro NYPCA Pocono full course July 6. Anyone out there done this before and if so what can I expect.

Done the full course lots of times but never with Metro. Here's a video of the various configurations I ran with my stock suspension'd (I think even on street tires?) Turbo 3.6 3 years ago...

Expect to go faster than you have ever gone on a track before. Make sure you have good brake pads.

Its all about bouncing off the rev limiter in 6th gear during the "instructor run" on the full oval!

I did the full course my third day ever on a track. Crazy fast - 160mph street/stock - that may be what hooked me forever!
