Awfully quite around hear with our only New England race 4 days away? No chat, no trash talk? Let’s hope the weather gods shine on us it is really too bad CVR has seen it’s event shrink to 3 groups.

Well I’ve got some nifty new engine pieces (more on those to follow), new fuel maps and some other improvements for this year.

My goal if dialing in, track conditions and weather cooperate is to get well into the 54’s this year. The Farnbacher -Loles guys had too much fun at my expense last year!

 

Are those the Elite Engineering heads?

 

I went on CVR web site. While the schedule is posted, I cannot find a list correlating the color of the run group to the class of the car. Am I missing something?

The track record is wide open this year, no excuses!

I'll be back in in E getting lapped by the GTC1 cars, unlike last year when I was lapping them.

Mike... Your right if weather is decent I should be able to better Spencer's time of last year - of course I'm sure Gene, Nick, Constantine etc. will all be working to be quicker too,

What's with this 50% rain forecast?

 

Too early in the year, I am just getting the car sorted out and my license renewed. Plus Lime Rock in April is a 50% chance of SNOW. Why can't we move it to May, July, August, September???

so what car are you going to race this year, the 3RS or the 935?
As far as WG is concerned we'll see.....
Right now my mind is much more concerned with trying to figure out how to get through Big Bend without touching the brakes. Maybe it is only a dream with this car but if I ever can MMMMM

 

You go into big bend carrying way too much speed not to use the brakes...You know that. I almost changed the body of my car to the K-3 this winter but, we got way to busy here at the shop. My stukk comes last. I think I will be racing the 29 car at the Glen. I'm shaking out the RS at The Glen in May. We'll see how that goes. Norm G isn't racing at the Glen this year and I'm not sure if Gene will make it either. He lost the engine at Road Atlanta and I don't think that Nick is a threat.
