This is the best video I have:

When are you going? I'll be there 4/13-15.

Here you go - from a couple of years ago.

Just don't use my brake references.

The Mid-Ohio School has a good instructional video on DVD on their site, or used to.

Got a google video from the NASA championship race (sans the old curbs). If you watch the whole thing, you will see Jim (above) flying by me on his way to 2nd place (between T1 and T2) Had Jim not have had to start at the back of the pack, he would have taken 1st.

Eddie, a word of caution, it takes a few tries to get a hang of the track (it took me 3 weekends just to start to like it, then I loved it!)

That was an excellent video. However, its almost obsolete now. It makes extensive reference to concrete patches which no longer exist due to the repave. Hopefully they'll make an updated video.

Here are a few videos from Mid-Ohio after the repave.

I have a lot to learn, but Mark's (Sunday Driver) comments on the videos are helpful. https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...light=Mid-Ohio

Thanks everyone. I'll look at them over the weekend.

Jim I'm going May 4-6 with Potomac PCA (another Zone 2 club).

Jim, it certainly isn't as useful as it was before the repave, but still very thorough. I spoke with Brian Till last year and he said they were making plans to redo the DVD, but had no ETA for it.

Its good to hear they're going to remake it. I think it was the best instructional video for a specific track that I've ever seen. I know I certainly learned a lot about driving Mid Ohio from it when I was starting out. I used to recommend it to all of my Mid Ohio students, but I haven't been doing so since the repave. As long as someone understands what they're buying I guess its OK. I'd hate for someone to show up at the track for the first time having studied all of the details on where to position the car in relation to the concrete patches.

The video on the track site with Brian Trill driving seems pretty good. Either the guy is going about 20 mph or he is really smooth.
