Pagid RS-19 Bedding Process??
Do these require a "fussy" bed-in process? If so what the cycle.

Seemed fussy to me, but it was in actuality quite easy.

Honestly, I've just thrown them on the car and took it easy braking for the first session. They worked fine...sometimes you have no other option.

Sounds like the first couple of "under yellow" laps at California Speedway next weekend should do the trick. Thanks

they cant be bedded any place other than the track. I have 5 years of trying, and every first session, its pretty dicy as they cook out all the bad stuff out of the pads. As soon as they cool and are used again, they are perfect all the way to the end. Trust me, i cook them pretty hard on my local hyway, with 100 to 40mph threashold stops, as well as 3rd gear WOT riding break runs 'til the breaks fade.
Still, it take a track session to really cook them good enough. 1st session, the pads are black (not orange) . on the hyway, the edges of the pads are black (cooked) (im talking about pagid orange pads by the way)

Bedding process for Race Pads Track Tested Multiple Times with Multiple Compounds on Multiple Cars Sometimes Before Races themselves...:
Used Rotors, New Pads: Insert New Pads, pump brakes to bring pedal up(very important..lol) Drive car as if stolen.
New Rotors, New Pads:
(Remember how the car was originallydelivered...LOL) Insert New Pads, pump brakes to bring pedal up(very important..lol) Drive car as if stolen.
Seems to work fine...

Follow the advice on the pagidusa website shown in an earlier post. You can do this on the highway en route to the track if traffic is light.
