You need to be tighter on some of the apexes. T1 & the Busstop are good examples as you can hear you are not on the rumbles (you should be). You lift in the esses which just kills your lap times -- being flat out is critical to a good time. You also are not using all the track out (like in the laces, toe, heel...pretty much everywhere). Lastly, you can apex earlier in several places like in the outer loop, toe, and off camber. If you did all of the above, you'd be in the 2:13s...maybe better. But don't go try all these things unless you are very experienced.

you can turn-in at 90mph for the bus stop you will end up loosing few mile by the time you are in the bus stop. from the sound of the engine it seemed that you are not full throttle until you are way past the apex with the amount of power you have you would be able to put the power down much earlier.

A few more suggestions, in no particular order:
-I use way more of the T1 apex curb, FWIW
-you need a wider approach to track left entering T5 (right after Bus Stop) to broaden the radius
-detatch from the T5 apex sooner and let the car drift to track out sooner & farther
-unwind wheel sooner before apex of T6 for less tire scrub & more speed down the hill
-very nice job in T8
-turn in from farther right in T9 to broaden that tight off-camber corner
-get on power sooner in T11
Do they actually let you wear shorts???

Nice video!
I agree with Colin.
While I don't have experience on Glen (damn I want to drive there, it's such a great track), it's obvious you're turning in early and not using the whole track (in places where you should).

Looked pretty good to me, nice and smooth. Agree with all the assessments, in short you should be using all of the track and from the exit of T1 until the bus stop your right foot is on the floor.

Agree with all of the above. If you're concerned about lap times then first thing to fix is the Esses. You should be flat out from turn 1 all the way to the Bus Stop. No lifting going up the Esses. That alone will get you from 2:22 into the teens. Also, I agree completely with VR's assessment of the outer loop. Follow his suggestion on entry and you'll be able to go full throttle much sooner, and carry lots more speed all the way down to turn 6. This will probably have the second biggest impact on lap times.

Here is a video of Larry Herman in his GT3 at the Glen. Watch it carefully to see it beautifully driven (right click save as):

Legend has it that Larry H. was born on Turn 2....
Watching that video (again) reminded me of how much I look at the concrete patches in some of those corners to set up my turns.. and with a repave I guess I won't be doing THAT anymore!
