I would send a check and a note to the Registrar who can update your entry.

All that have applied to date(today) ARE IN. If someone has not notified you to date that your experience is not adequate by now...your ok. If you want more then one half hour run with a pro send Patti an additional check NOW with that request.
We still do have room but it is filling up quicker than I have ever seen previously and want to make sure every one knows the deal(hate to dissapoint anyone).
Please plan ahead for this one.

"this is the best event of the season at the Glen!"
_____________________
Ain't it the truth...I still can't quite figure out why nobody else does this style of 2-day event...lots of track time, very relaxed atmosphere as a result.

Renting out the garage spaces makes it even more relaxing...you don't have to line up before the roosters get up to rush to your spot...and then to donate the proceeds to a local needy cause makes for great PR...and helps out the needy cause...win-win.

This region has definately found a successful way to run an event...

Good on ya' HVR!

The word is out Marty - a friend that went last year said the same, that this is THE 2-day Glen event to attend. That's why the day the post went up, I sent my application, check, and $60 for the charity for my garage space

Can I paypal the amount to Patti? A few of us are snow bound today and I doubt we can make it to the post office today.

I was just thinking that a lot of NE guys will be heading to MO for the CR and there is no need to be in a hurry for a place to stay. I have to call SL to make sure I get to hang out at one of my favorit bars.

How exactly does the schedule of the event work? Does it alternate between the cups and saucers groups in half hour increments? Roughly how many sessions are there for each group per day?

This event is split up into 1/2 hour sessions all day. You can go out in all sessions but it is meant to seperate the Fast cars from the average cars. Cups & Saucers. You need atleast 5 verified days in white group solo before you can apply for this event. Most people don't have enough tires and brakes to go out all day.....track time is plentiful.

Thinking about Cups 'n Saucers today - one of the really neat things about it is that there is a mix of white, black, and red run group drivers on the track at the same time.
This creates a really good opportunity for the white group drivers to get some experience running with the even more experienced advanced drivers.
Hopefully we are a good influence on them...
