BTW, for those who think a 944 cannot win in ITS.....
Anybody know Russ Jones?
He won both legs of the double regional at New Hampshire International Speeday on 7/13 and 7/14. This is the ever competitive NE region.
Also, on 7/12 and 7/13, Scott Graves took 2nd and 3rd respectively at the double regional at Texas Motor Speedway with a less that fully developed car.
I was at that event, crewing for the owner of the Sentra SE-R I occasionally borrow. I talked with Scott and he built his own engine (with someone else doing the machining).
