Default Just ordered a new race suit!

I just took the plunge and orderd myself a new race suit, an ST3000 made to measure form Stand21.

I had help from testarossa_td here on the forum to make the design, what do you guys think of it?

Edit: Pic of the suit IRL. Fits great!

Well, yeah I am a boost junkie!

I own a 944 turbo Cup and wanted to have a suit matching it that didn't scream "PORSCHE" but still was individual. I'll use it the first time navigating at the Pony Express 130 in a couple of weeks.

Nice, Anders. Stand 21 makes very nice gear, despite their being French.

I'll be renting a Stand21 helmet and HANS device for the next race (only one I'll be doing 2006). Will buy helmet and HANS for next season, this suit went way over my budget.

In Sweden there is a limit on weight for helmets when not using HANS device so I am using my 800 gram Peltor here. Once I get a HANS device I'll get a more personal helmet.

Yes, very high quality stuff!

I was at their shop in Stockholm and for the first time I found a pair of racing shoes that fit my feet!

You have it all over shumi's new suit. As for helmets, in Sweden I would wear my Jafa hockey helmet. Very light weight. HA HA HA.

Will you be sporting your new suit for Kart racing or is it just for use with the turbo?
Nice design by the way .

Hey, I had one of those 70's helmets when I was ice skating as a kid! They are the best design ever. Especially being all plastic, even the straps.. What could go wrong?

Mine was blue.
