How many heat cycles do Yok slicks last? Or do they last pretty good until a certian % of tread is worn? ...Assume on 2400# 930.

If you want to have something on the car that's round and black and rolls then you can use it after 4 or 5 heat cycles. If you are trying to win or set a fast lap than dont bother.

As a point of comparison, my experience with Dunlop is similar to RSRracers experience.
I get 2 good heat cycles only (out of the fronts). Depending on the track surface I may get 1 or 2 additional (total 2-4 cycles) but that is it.
My rears are good for more.
This is true for really pushing the car hard. If the car is driven much slower it does not matter....

On Michelin CUP slicks I find if you run them ONCE then let them sit for a few days, you can get several days out of them with decent stick. Of course they are never like the 1st session but they are useable. Unless they delaminate on their 3rd cycle
My car is painted and has a bumper and deck lid and mirror... getting there!

Regarding the R6's, I'm pretty sure they're made out of the same compound as the Rolex Slicks, which I have used. I've gotten ~15 heat cycles out of those with decent grip, with a real steep cliff at the end. In some other threads, I've heard similar from other folks.
