The tires are ONLY $470 for a set ($115 for the front 225 40 18s and $120 for the rear 265 35 18s)
right now they have a good supply but my guess is they will go fast...
...get 'em while you can for cheap before they sell out!!!
I have a feeling we will never see them this cheap again!
...at TireRack for those who don't already know..
..just thought I'd pass on the info....

I wonder how much difference there would be between 285-30-18 and 265-35-18? They may not be as fast as others but are easy to drive fast.

On my 968 I would say they are better than just a sticky street tire. They are a couple of seconds slower than a Hoosier but are a very easy tire to drive fast with good durability.

well, I've never had the opportunity to afford Hoosier's but I'd guess these would be around 3-4 seconds slower.. BUT give you lots of feedback and great stick... I consider them a step below MPSCs...
For someone on a budget (like me)... I was pleased to get 8 DE days on my 1st set.... don't know of anyone who can get 8 DE days out of Hoosier's

I get well over 8 days out of a set but my car is an odd one out. I got 3 years out of a set of PF-97 front pads. With no motor you neel little in the way of brakes.
