This will be my first year and I want to get a new helmet, shoes, and gloves in preparation for it. I will be in my Miami home from 1/31 for a week or so and thought there MUST be some good retail stores that carry everything I need down there. Here in CT all is shut down for the next couple months and, while I buy everything else online, I won't buy a helmet or shoes without being fitted properly.

Any input on certain brands, etc. are appreciated also!

Thanks DJ, thats just north of Lauderdale as I remember, not too far up. I would think there were a ton of stores in the Miami/Homestead area though..

THere is a store that sells Momo in Miami. i got my stuff (OMP) in Ft. Lauderdale from a drag racing store but it was all special ordered for me.

Check in Pano or Execellenece as there is always an ad for the Miami sotr (Momo I think).

 

Vertex is the only shop that comes to mind in Dade County. As they're mostly known for their catalog, I'm not quite sure what they'll have in stock on the shelf for you to try out. Foreign Affairs is probably your best bet.
