I'm glad everyone is having a great time and that is what I want.

However, I don't think it is bashing PCA CR when you point out that PCA is not following its own rules, you get suspended, and then complain about it. Maybe you can be the person to show me the minimum standard requiring the data they want because so far no one from PCA has been able to!

That's all I'll say and lets let this thread get back to the WGI race.

My clash at the Glen experience turned into a crash at the Glen. I was forced off track by another racer in the practice session 2 of day one at turn nine. My car experienced a significant amount of damage and I was taken out of the weekend festivities due to a driver who simply chose not to give me the race room that I gave him. At the end of the day the offending driver was awarded with the penalty for my crash for not following the rules for PCA racing and leaving racing room. This incident doesnt improve my opinion of the skillset of some drivers in this series.

Unfortunately the lap didn't complete on the Garmin and I can't transfer a partial lap to the card. It plays on the tablet though.

Looks like you were driving well and even being very considerate of other drivers (11:15 point by).

I've driven in many different series at this point and not one of them doesn't have a couple of "those guys".

Agreed.

On the latter, it's pretty damning for an Am, club series when the entry-level pro PMNA supporter Sprint Challenge series has green flag to checker races for their 991 and 992 GT3 Cup group, at a tough place like VIR, with no FCY's...

Despite a few mishaps, the overall weekend was great! I had some great, close racing with Marco Cirone, Joe Viola, Kevin Roush and others. I managed to get by Marco in the off camber on the very last lap of Sprint 3 - he guessed wrong in traffic and I was able to sneak by. Weather was perfect and everyone was super nice as always. Thanks to Zone 1 and PCA!

I
Sorry to hear that Mike. It was a pretty crashy weekend in the green and yellow groups but the red group behaved itself very well. We had a couple yellows and a red for a car on fire but overall there was a lot of good clean racing. My only C4 competitor had troubles in sprint 2 so I just needed to finish the enduro so I took a 20 min pit stop and took a break in the middle. Because of that I decided I might as well see how far I could push a set of 10 cycle slicks. They were downright diabolical so I was pointing people by at the end trying to stay out of any races going on. I won't do that again! I got it down to a 1:58.5 on Saturday and I was happy with that but there's 5 more seconds to Trinka's record and I really don't see where all of them are.

Hell yeah! Good work, Scott!

The more you drive, the more the chance you'll stumble on those seconds.

First time racing at the Glen for me! Way more aggressive (too aggressive?) vs. what I was expecting. I was able to keep it clean and had a great time.

Thanks Peter. I can see where a couple are: more ***** in the outer loop for one but 5 is going to be tough.

Great weekend, great weather, great racing, great friends. Today's questions is in the Orange Enduro with the full course caution, why did they hold some cars at the end of pit lane for 3 laps?

First weekend was a blast! Unfortunately avoiding the incident seen above a had a run in with some blue bushes but thankfully was able to stay out of the main event. Glad everyone was ok as it was scary to watch! The rest of the weekend went as planned and not too bad given my rookie status. Big shout out to the organizers, scruts for there time putting this together. other than a small few everyone drove well and with respect for their competitors.

Sprint 3 lap time set me up for a decent start for the Enduro.
