Question Waxing Race Trailer.....Anybody used RejeX?

Looking to wax my trailer to keep new and easy to clean.

Many people on 996 board have been using RejeX on their cars with great success.

Any ideas?

TIA

What state is the trailer in now? is all grungie with black streaks etc?

or is it a new trailer?

if its old and kinda grimy, go to a local marine supply house and get some "black streak remover" use that to clean it up.. then protect it with wax..

If its a nice shiny trailer just toss a coat of wax on it

I have never heard of rejex

I have used the rejex on the front of my car and the wheels. Works just as advertised but can't comment on the durability yet.

I also used it on the windshield on my race car and daily driver. Bugs seem to come off very easily, even with the wipers.

Tim, the trailer is 3 months old...so basically brand new. I haven't cleaned it yet so there is lots "streaks" running down from acid rain etc.

I figured I would give it a good washing and then wax it?

I'm concerned about putting anything too powerful on the exterior. I'm sure the paint isn't the same quality as our cars...

How about a detail shop?

That's a thought, although I'm not sure I want to spend much money on this. I'm looking for bang for the buck.

I want to keep the trailer nice for sure, but not perfect...

I use a power washer, some citrus degreaser, and the afore mentioned black streak remover (available at Wal Mart BTW) along with a brush on a long handle to clean up my trailer. I haven't tried wax to see if that makes it easier.
