Very interesting that they are doubling up at some tracks. I imagine that is the first time that has happened in F1 history.
I feel bad for whoever wins the WC because they will have a little asterisk next to their name.

I did a thing. Lots of very wrong assumptions and ignores some team movement, but 2019 results in 2020 schedule. DNFs really hurt, obviously.

Now we're talking, wet and wetter!
I know some of these tracks announced will be snoozier than others, but I am pleased with the 'get on with it' and the fact that they are compressing the schedule so there will be a lot of racing starting July, I'll be back on track end of June, so a lot of droving to make up for all around
Cheers

F1 is probably a sport where not having fans on site probably has less of an impact, since the response of the fans doesn't seem to have much (if any) influence on the performance of the athletes, and the response of the fans isn't really even audible to viewers at home; quite different from baseball, football, tennis, soccer, etc. So yeah, I'd watch F1 races without fans.

I'm glad they are finding a way to start the season.
While the absence of spectators won't make a difference when watching the race on TV, the local economy of each venue will surely miss them. I've been to races at three different venues (US, Canada, Italy), and the local cities see a tremendous spike in spending from all the attendees.
But, better to race with no spectators than no racing at all.

I have tried to watch NASCAR and even with no other racing on TV I really find it hard to watch. I am so glad F1 is coming back.
