I used my standard bedding practice that I’ve used for 20+ years, and they were good to go.
Great. Will grab a set for spares. Thanks!

ill be back at Sebring Dec 9th...will keep a watch on these pads...so far they are great as a dual purpose pad
Update did 2 days at Sebring...running 2:24's Carrera GTS and the Ferodo ds2500 wore out. They also had a mushy fade feeling after about 20 min into the session.

I ordered Ferodo DS1.11 pads today to try them out

Late to the party but I am a big fan of pfc pads and use the 08 on my 993. They are pricey but wear like iron and do not require bedding so swapping between street and track pads is a cinch.

If PFC made pads for my car I'd be running them too. The PFC08 was extremely popular on a lot of my friends 2010-12 GT3/GT3RS cars at the track.

The 08s are great - but mine were LOUD. I run 06's now and love them.

PFC hasn't made 06s for 5-6 years. Think you are running 11 compound. Much quieter than the 08..

Another happy Hawk customer, I think Hawk brakes are the best value and most underrated products. They have more podiums and championships than the other brands mentioned in this thread, but for some reason people would rather spend triple the money and get less brake performance.

Believe it or not - it was a brand new in box set of the 06's that I picked up about a year ago. When I first tried to look them up - because of being discontinued - I couldn't get much info on them....

The PFC 08 replaced the 06 which had replaced the 97. 06 was popular but the 08 was much more popular.
