CGT owners are hounded by brokers and dealers to claim "look what we can get you". Placing many CGT's on the market at wish list prices but that has been said since I started posting here.

350 . 400 . 500 . 600 . 700 now 800k for a sub 3k Silver. If I would have listened to those who thought 350 - 400 was top dollar it would have cost me 300k+ for ownership today and those that sold early are now kicking themselves.

It's not the price inasmuch the car itself - there will always will be more buyers vs sellers regardless of the asking amount. It's a hot car in a hot market but for the bench warmers.

Looks like the 900 mile yellow finally sold. Wonder how close to the asking price of $1.3mm

It seems that with the yellow 900 mile car pending Ferrari of Newport Beach decided to list their red 800 mile car for close to 1.2.

I have two and really hope that these cars are fetching those asking prices. I met the guy at mecum who bought the 252 mile car and he was more excited that it was yellow than that it had 252 miles. Wanted to find a yellow 918

Read the ad - laughed when I saw the seats were not dyed.

Assuming they got close by the asking price of the red CGT.

there are currently 14 CGT's on autotrader right now, the most I have ever seen over the past 2 years.

I follow the Ford GT (30) and the BMW Z8 (29) on autotrader also. This is the most for the Z8 and 51 was the most this spring for the FGT.

Crazy numbers - would buy a Ford GT at the right price plus would help towards a new GT allocation and who knows may like it and keep it but the width of those doors always bothered me.

Anyway a real seller and a real buyer will always make a deal I thing very few CGT sellers are real.

How many Z8's were made.

There where 5,703 Z8s made. I recently sold mine and seriously regret it.

I believe only 2500 came to the US with many going back to Europe when euro was strong. So maybe now 1500 in the US?
