c-gt, enzo, F40 and others on top gear

Clarkson is a huge British snob. I downloaded an episode with a BMW Z4 in it and all he boasted about was how it's an America car and a piece of trash for that sole purpose. The only pro-American opinion i've ever seen him give was for the GT-40, but naturally had to end the show insulting the police officers that gave him an escort.
Secondly, I hate how he's a stupid car show host with zero racing experience yet he thinks his opinion is the end all be all. If the car spins, it's a piece of crap, never his fault! Clarkson at his best is in his video "Top 100 cars". It's absolutely ridiculous what he picks. The Range Rover is number 5! Out of every car ever made?! At least 75 of the cars are a bunch of Euro crap that nobodies even heard of.
I love Tiff though, he actually spends time talking about the car instead of trying to find every way possible to insult Americans or anyone who isn't British. And he isn't bias to just Aston Martin and Jaguar.

I find Clarkson very entertaining. I think he doesn't take himself too seriously. He's opinionated but I love that. I hate the politically correct crap where you can't state your opinion.
I met with Tiff once... at an Autocar event. He's a great guy, a great driver but I would rather spend an afternoon with Clarkson anytime. It would be fun to see him disappear in my rearview mirrors whilst driving a red "scale down version of God".

Tiff seems like a pretty down-to-earth kinda guy. I was raving about him even before I acquired a little bias for him when he picked the 951 as his absolute favorite car from the 1980's. And the fact that he raced them? Ohhh, he's a good guy alright!
...Clarkson might be biased toward his "scaled down version of God," but at least Tiff turns off the traction control

I think his job is to entertain. There are so many similar shows/articles that keep repeating the same things. R&T, Evo, Autocar, C&D.... there is little difference when they test their cars... All well written, all unbiased, all love the M5, all love the 997, all love the Elise (the american mags love the new 'stang and the C6, the others don't know what they are)... If it was for them people that buy a E-class or an SL or an Audi or Jags don't understand about real driver's cars....
I like that he's a little out of line...

Tiff is such a better driver, and such a more balanced journalist. Clarkson has no racing experience and simply gives bias towards ferrari, or whatever makes him feel a better driver.

Clarkson.
He's britich true, but Birts (I married one) do have a snob attitude - its just that it stems from thier original hate of the French. It kind of SPILLS over into Americans, Spanish, Canadians, Germans and Russions. They really don't pay attention to many other groups.
