Default Picked up Carrera GT this weekend [PICS]

Picked the car up this weekend and believe it or not I've already got some scratches on it after some high performance driving on a nearby vacant street. Oh well, I'm sure it will pick up more as time goes by. I got a great deal and couldn't pass it up, even though red wasn't my first choice of colors, it is beginning to grow on me.

Yeah, I had to take this car as-is and it didn't have the wooden shift ball option, but I think I can craft something...

Are you sure you can afford the replacement ceramic rotors? You should take it easy, and no more performance driving!!

Bah! With all the weight optimizations that went into that car, its amazing Porsche didn't think of using a smaller radio antenna!

Can't be good for drag either.

Did you notice, the car shipped with the rotors missing! So to stop the car I have to turn it around suddenly, (think Jim Rockford power slide), or I turn it uphill and let gravity take its toll. I think to get the hybrid electric motor option in there they had to remove something else.

Anyway, I thought the car was quite the "Discovery" at the "Store" - hint hint...

Meh, I've owned my two Carrera GTs for over a year now. Both of mine are running on pure electric power. Zero emissions, it's the wave of the future man! Here they are parked next to my GT3R and my GT1, along with the rest of the stable.

To think I did not post to many comments in this section because I did not own a GT... well... based on this thread... I do! and for some time now! Here are my two GTs:

I found a 1:43 CGT model in Lapis Blue at the Porsche store while in Zuffenhausen... Very odd considering Lapis is not currently offered.
