You can't expect the level of quality you see in a modern Porsche though.

Last time I heard (very recently) it's 5-6 years backlog...regardless of what you may hear otherwise...their present ability to produce finished product is well below the massive demand for their incredible cars. They make flawless masterpieces and frankly that takes a lot of time and resources.

Well…that’s discouraging. Does anyone have a good contact at Singer? I would like to establish a dialogue, and perhaps signal formal interest.

This is correct - next build slot being quoted is Q3 2023

Which means delivery late 2024 or early 2025

FWIW, I had mine out when I was in LA...literally EVERYWHERE, and I have to say there is NO car I'd rather have at the end of the day and Id sell my CGT, SVJ, 911R, 997.2 Gt3RS, 993 c2s and everything else I have if that's what it took to keep it, in a heartbeat. This thing is a complete ANIMAL in the canyons, literally shoots flames and attacks the road like nothing else. This is the ULTIMATE enthusiasts car if you're a Porsche guy.
