Great find! If you just decide to price and sell it, please let me know.
I am about to start a thread concerning posters I had signed as a kid and realized that I have one for that car at Sebring.
Edit - nope; my poster is from the '88 season and the car had the nose with larger inlets.

OK, the wife says it's been sitting on the screened-in porch long enough, so I'm back at it. The plan is to (hopefully) get it done this weekend.

Wash.
Polish the existing finish to clean it up a bit.
Install lights.
Apply all the graphics.
Fabricate headlight covers.

We'll see...............
.

962 nose

962 nose again

Worked on it MANY hours today with an orbital polisher and some polishing and buffing compound, about 80% of the scratches came off. But don't worry, it still has plenty of real patina, as you can see.

Also got two of the headlights installed.

Maybe tomorrow will start the graphics.

Got all the graphics on and the red striping, now working on the headlights and working on making templates for headlight covers- that may be the hard part.

You could put new graphics on the go-kart to match your front end.
Sorry I wasn’t clear.
