FS: 997.1 Cup Engine, 14 hours since rebuild by AASCO
I've decided to sell my spare cup motor. The motor was rebuilt by AASCO and run only sparingly since then. 14 hours total on the engine.
The last dyno showed 398 HP at the wheels with full exhaust. It was a dynojet brand dyno, as required by NASA.
I've attached pics and the invoice for the rebuild.
FWIW, the reason for the low miles on a 2011 rebuild are (1) the prior owner dumped a ton of money in the car before figuring out (4 hours later) he wasn't comfortable driving a Cup and (2) the current owner (10 hours later) decided to opt for more torque (4.2L) for NASA ST1 competition.
Price: $18,500 OBO + shipping

It's not sold yet! Dave sent me a pm but it's not clear whether or it's about buying the motor. In fact, it's not clear what the pm was about at all.
So as far as I'm concerned it's still for sale.
