Default Cup ABS unit FS

For sale is a good, working 996 Cup ABS unit that was used in my 997.2 (2010) Cup for less than 10 hours or so while I was learning to drive. I bought it very lightly used from a team mate who used it in his 997.2 Cup for the same purpose.

The unit needs new hard lines that can be ordered from Porsche Motorsport of your country. The wiring harness is included in the sale.

I bought it for $8k including the lines. Willing to take $5k for it. Pictures are attached.

Unit is located at BR Racing in Los Gatos, CA

PM on here is fine, or email is best, my email is just my name (Annand) at gmail...

Thanks

Not 100% sure on the model, was hoping the RL hive mind could figure that out for me..

Like I said it did come out of my 997.2 Cup and prior to that it was in another 997.2 Cup.

I'm getting a pic of the wiring from the shop and will post it here as that seems to be the most requested thing in PMs.

I think I answered every PM and email I got, if not, I apologize I'll double check or just hit me again.

Thanks!

I dont think that is a cup car ABS??

Wouldnt it have the controls and adjustments for the different settings.

That is a street ABS right?

I actually just had a conversation with the original purchaser of this. It is apparently a 996 Cup ABS. Worked just fine in the 2010 and 2011 cars it was installed in.

It's NOT the $20k MS4 crazy adjustable thing that the pros use.

This unit WILL get you through braking zones safely though

How does this sit with the ECU programming in our cars? Will a flash of the Bosch MS3 be required?
