I thought Porsche and cheap were mutually exclusive

Cheap or expensive are both language abuse. It is a value for money thing and a cheap well maintained racecars are rare... and, as you know, all that is rare is expensive.

So let's say that a cheap well maintained racecar is expensive. :P

A quote attributed to Greg Brown from Precision Motor Werks, Anaheim, CA sums it up well, "What part of Porsche Racing did you think is going to be cheap, is it the the Porsche part, or is it the Racing part?"

would start steering your customer toward a 996 Cup cause a good one of those is still going to be north of 75k

Go find someone with a 997.2 cup at a medium price but a great car and just get the right price. ive seen soem 997.2 cups going at absurdly low prices, 115, 120 for nice cars without bad history at all, some super nice.

i think Karl Leonard who is around up here on RL has been bringing in 2011s in that very low 100 range. thats where 2009s are/were recently.

id stick with a 2011 as they had the factory fuel cell so all the wiring is all nice and properly done. we had a 2010 that the previous owners' local shop hacked in a fuel cell. wasnt done nice. the factory does them real nice.

Love the stand up comedy thread that we started...

Ranger:
We sold one of the GT3's that we built, but we still have the blue for sale. Lots of people interested, but no one willing to commit yet.
Still looking for buyers on that.

So you sold the white one w/ blue trim that was posted about 2 weeks ago?
Am not familiar with a blue GT3 you built.

We did sell the white car with blue trim.
We are selling the sister car to the white one, identical in every way, just not modded with all the suspension stuff we had on the white one.

Check here...we built this as well for this customer
