Just ordered 3 sets of scrub Michelin and 1 set of Yoko and that should be enough for me to flat spot till end of year. Will give new hoho slick a try next year when I am up to speed. Why the hick like "HOOSIER" lettering on the slicks ... really don't like how it looks ![Mad](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)

FWIW on my early car (2250#) I would get no noticeable loss in performance on the Hoosier slick (R100) right up to about 10 heat cycles. After 10 they would start to cord. Suspect they'll act the same on the Cup, but obviously cord sooner due to weight.

I don't have the answer for ya and can't give you full recommendation as yet. I will receive the tires in couple days and will give full feedback once I try them on track

Flip them on the rims and swap them to the opposite side ie: LF to RF. They'll still be turning in the same direction, but assuming the previous car had decent neg camber, you should now have some "fresh" rubber to play with. I do this to all my slicks after 4 HC's and they work better and last longer....

if anyone is interested, we usually have take off Yokos and Michelins. THey can have anywhere from 2,3 to 5ish heat cycles on them. A day, maybe a day and a half of a couple 20minute, 30minute sessions.
real affordable and in great shape. if anyone wants to shoot me an email i can let you know from time to time when we have some stuff.
right now we have 3 sets of yokos with 2,4,4 heat cycles respectively.
if interested , pm me.
