Default Question about GTC3 rules/car modification

I have a fuel cell in my car. It has the drybreak as well. Is it within the rules for me to cut out an opening in my hood for the drybreak? I haven't seen anything against it but....

It's probably ok but I'd check first if I were you. Everyone I know just opens the hood to fuel.

Yes, you can cut a hole in your hood for a drybreak.
