996 Cup Car Cover 996.721.050.90

997 Cup Car Cover 997.721.050.90

997 Cover is cheaper than the 996 cover and will work on a 996. I have a 997 cover covering my 996 GT3 with an RS wing and fits great.

Too bad I had an extra 997 cover which I just sold to a rennlist member. In US $ 997 cover was about 450-460 and the 996 cover was over $500. I will look to see if I have a picture tonight if I have a picture of the cover on the car.

I ordered a 996 cup cover from PMNA and they swapped fro the 997 (996 is disco), but it is an inside style cover. Any idea on a waterproof outside type one?

Default which one is this?

Is this the "indoor" cover you are referencing?

That looks more waterproof. The one they sent was a breathable cotton kind of fabric.

Hi PJ, I bought an indoor cover from Suncoast for my 6 GT3 (cup spoiler and RS wing) that is virtually identical to the one in the picture, except it is made for a 2002-2004 996 GT2. Porsche lists it as an "Euro GT cover" under part #00004400057. It is ~ half the price PMNA wants for the Cup cover. It fits tight but no issues. I will try to upload some pictures for you later.

PJ, I can't upload the photos I have in my iPhone. If it is ok with you, I can send them directly to your email.
