On my 81SC, I had to remove the plastic turn signal canceller and horn contact from the back of the original wheel (take 3 screws out), and use the 3 adaptor enclosed metal screws to put it into the back of the Momo adaptor. The horn wire comes forward through a hole in the adaptor and hooks into the brass tab in the middle of the new wheel's horn pushbutton. Looks better with the Porsche horn button in place of the Momo horn button that came with the steering wheel.

Quick release adapter didn't have tab so will try to take from original wheel - no horn wiring either -- probably couldn't use anyway with release unless there's some trick adapter --thanks for the info

On my race car I have to have a horn, so I machined a brass slip ring to fit between adaptors, it's quite simple but it does take a little time, I know you guys have azailable to you wireless door contacts for hot rods ect., I would adapt one of those.

John,
I installed a Momo Corse wheel, without a quick release, and using the standard Momo mount. There is an round aluminum piece (came with the stock mount) that fits between the mount and the steering wheel that causes the horn button to snug right up.
