Default My C4S is EVOlving!

My 2004 C4S is currently at Evolution Motorsports undergoing an EVOlution. Rather than painstakingly post every picture here, I have included a link to a web page where I will post all the pictures. I have just a few for now. I pick up the car on Friday so I will post more pics when I get more.

My list of upgrades includes:
Evo Big Brake Upgrade - larger 6 piston calipers, stainless brake lines, new pads)
Front and Rear Strut Braces
Bilstein PSS9
B&M Short Shift w Evo Shift Link
Supercharger System - 470HP
Misha GT2 Wing
Carbon Fiber Chin Spoiler

Wow!

Let us know the result about the engine. Do you have a full description of the work done to get 470HP?

Thank you!

The 3.6 liter 996 engine produced 411 HP at the wheel. That equates to roughly 500 HP at the crank. The Evo SC is a complete system including intercooler, radiator, fel injectors etc... Awesome system.

930, you should give Evo a call and drop by their facility. They have a Supercharged 997 on the premises.

Captain Tal,

How did you dyno an AWD vehicle on a two wheel dyno? If the front wheels weren't turning wouldn't that cause some sort of problem for the transmission or drivetrain? I've been told that C4's and C4S's need to be tested on a four wheel dyno. What do the guys at EVO say about that?

After driving the car with the EVO system on....how does it perform ?? Does the power absolutely transform the car or is it mild ? Are the rumours that there isn't any REAL improvement below 4000 rpm true ? Are there any other cars you can compare it power to? (i.e. factory TT w/ X50, etc.) Thanks!
