Question Reduced mass flywheel and clutch options

I'm fitting my frankenstein car (924S with a 968 engine and 951 tranny) with a used S2 flywheel. Since I have to take the flywheel in to be resurfaced, I've been thinking about getting rid of a little weight. The question is how much? I've heard figures of 15-20% weight reduction. The car is for track only.

The second question is what clutch to go with, Sachs, OE, or other (if other, please suggest). Clutch sizing is similar to a 944S2 since I've retained the 924S bellhousing and torque tube.
