Default For Sale - 997 GT3 Adaptive Sport Seats w/heating and red stitching

Category: Interior
Price (no $ sign please): $2600
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (select ONLY those which apply): 911, 987, 997, Cayman

I currently have a pair of adaptive sport seats w/heating and red stitching from my 997.1 GT3 that I just replaced with GT2 buckets. They have approx. 20K miles on them with typical bolster wear and are in great condition.

I'm asking $2,600 but am open to offers. I'm in the bay area and the seats are availble for local pickup only

Do you know if these are fairly easy to put into a 996TT?

Thats a fair price, I just purchased some sport seats from an '12 Cayman R (no heat, no alcantara) for $2k and added the OEM heat elements myself for another $800, so I'm in $2800 with doing the labor myself. For another. I would have gladly paid another $200 just to be able to plug them in.
good luck.

These are wonderful seats, and this looks like a great deal to me, especially for someone in your area since shipping would be pretty expensive. GLWS.

Yes, still available. I just put in bucket seats and they are ready to move.

Can a mod please change the title from "Feeler" to "For Sale", thanks

Since they're coming out of a GT3, they should be fairly light. Do you know how much they weigh?

They actually aren't that light because of all the electronics etc. I think they weigh somewhere between 50-60lbs each.

You will need some new brackets or will need to modify them to fit in a 964. BK sells a bracket kit: http://www.bkauto.com/R_9043_996_Sli...r_p/r-9043.htm

I've seen a couple threads on here where 997 seats have been installed in both 993s and 964s. In most instances they aren't fully powered though. Here's a guide from pelican that shows how to wire everything up http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti..._997_seats.htm. Its worth mentioning that this wiring mod only needs to be done to the drivers seat, as the passenger side only has positive and ground.
