Im not sold on the new Panamera!
Chances are I will not be buying it, I've decided
Gonna go for a new 2017 Lexus ES350 or even used for a comfortable and manuverable daily driver and would rather use the rest of the money to buy a new base 911
Noo matter how much I try to convince myself to get the Panamera, I just can't help but say I'm not in love with this car

I saw it last year at the LA Auto Show and spoke to one of the Porsche reps. - he also seemed very excited with the upcoming release and said that Porsche spent extra, considerable time on the interior and overall drive-ability. I haven't driven one or been a passenger, but he was pretty giddy on it

One Panamera, oh Juanita one Panamera...... or one Lexus ES and one 911? While the ES is certainly far from even close to measuring up to a Panamera having an ES and a 911 would be a great option.

The dealer dropped me a 2017 base car to drive around and I was stupid enough to agree. Benz S class with great handling feel. I thought my Macan was decent drive until checking out this car.
Other than the high price for a daily driver after options... the electronic vent, finger prints and auto start stop is holding me back.
A strange feature is that you hit window lock. the rear PCM screen gets locked, door doesn't open and windows cannot open.
At this point I'm not sure what car compares to this as a super luxury sedan.

The price was 101K and seems well appointed enough. It seems every bit as nice as my 130K C4S, and for most driving fast enough.
I probably will go sport truism later. I did a 3 year lease for that purpose. The residual seemed to be fairly high after 3 years, a touch under 60K. I leased since I didn't know how depreciation would go and the sport turismo is around the corner.

I am keeping my 2014, and will either buy a last year model of the older version or buy something else. I don't like the new one...design or interior. I don't understand the Lexus ES decision. I would just buy an older version of the Panamera.
