Default Lease deals on Panamera?

Heard Porsche is offering some special incentives to move 2010 Panameras. Could anyone share numbers they have seen in terms of residuals and money factors on 4S?

Any substantial changes 2011 that I should know about?

The residuals have not changed the money factor has been lowered a lot. The 2011 will have ipod/bluetooth and floor mats standard as will all Porsches and will get a bump in price

Approximately where are the 4S's leasing out, assuming a 36-month term, 15K miles $1700/month?

The information that I have been able to find is that the money factor has not changed for a number of months on the Panamera. What I have found after a fair amount of research is that Porsche's preferred base rate (for those who qualify with a FICO of 700-739+) is .0028 and the normal rate is .0032. If anyone has any information on better rates, I would love to know, as my Panamera will be here soon.

Porsche changes the money factor to .00146 with an allowable markup to .00186. Credit level 1-4 so down to a 650 Fico score

that would put a 36mo lease for a 95k selling price 4S at around 1500 for 10k mi/yr if you assume 0.5 residual on the lower mileage. That residual still seems a little low as I thought it was 0.49 in January for 15k miles

Thats right off the PFS residual table. Your monthly would depend on taxes, down money and MSRP too. For example we're running a lease special for 1389 a month plus tax on a 36 month 10k miles per year with just under 7k at signing
