Unlock all doors when driver door is open inside

I believe the feature you’re talking about is when you put the car in “P”, while the engine is still running and all the doors are unlocked when it’s in “P”. This is set via PIWIS. I have a 971 and a Q7 that came with this feature and I hated it. I wanted the doors to remain “locked” when I shifted to “P”. I changed that via PIWIS, very happy now.
What's the module that have this function ? I don't find it in Piwis.
