I called the support number they said "we have your claim and everything is correct, I'm not sure why it hasn't been shipped out yet, I'll have someone get back to you later today.". Nobody got back to me obviously though.

Mine came today; I was one of the first on this thread to send in for it. As to difference in the drive mine didn't show any other than slightly reduced economy in the city. Highway mileage remains unchanged.

Do you know when you did the claim? I did mine: Wednesday, November 25.

Ahh. Kk. I remember I had one of the first appointments for it - still no check of course. I'll try calling them back next week.

Yes, via email. It's called an echeck, and it can be deposited electronically directly into your bank account if you have or sign up for a "deposit service", or it can be printed on regular white paper and deposited into your account like any other check. What will they think of next?

The lady on the phone told me they only send physical checks, weird. They seem to be all over the place. They still can't figure out why mine never went out.

Got mine today in E-Mail. I printed out the check and have not gone to the bank yet.
I"ve never printed out a check before online and cashed it. Hoping for the best tomorrow or day after.

Traded the Panamera 4S last month.

What email address are they coming from? I want to make sure my spam filters don't catch them.
