Guys, I am considering a 2018 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybird. I am very keen on comfort as I have below average roads on my home town.
I test drove a 2020 Panamera GTS and found it to be acceptable in terms of comfort is different suspension wise from the turbo s?
Can you tell me if it is comfortable and can be used as a daly driver?
Is there a way/mod to have apple CarPlay be in full screen?
Any general problems/reliability issues that I should be in the look out for?
And finally what after market mods do guys feel is a must?
Thank you in advance and hope you have a great day.
I don't own a GTS but others have reported the air suspension is tuned for a more sporty (and harsher?) ride when compared to the Turbo. If you found the GTS to be acceptable, you're quite likely to enjoy the Turbo S even more. Others have also commented that the hybrid model is even more comfortable than the regular turbo due to the added weight. I'll allow others to chime in w/ answers to your other Q's as my car is a 970. Best of luck w/ your search!
now this isn’t as comfy a highway cruiser as an Audi s8+ (seats and interior cabin noise) but it’s acceptable because it’s a Porsche and drives like so .
make sure to get the sound insulation / insulated cabin or sound proof glass for a better experience.
Should also be quicker than the GTS and for aftermarket accessories you will definitely want a high quality radar detector such as the Valentine V1 Gen 2.

can you clarify on how to get the sound insulation done as for what i know it is not an easy job as it requires removing seats and all the flooring.

Valentine V1 Gen 2 and such devices don't work so well where I'm living as we use LIDAR laser technology.
as saratogalefty said , your radar detector (if you choose to run one ) will have to be in an area where there is a cutout in the windshield for these devices (usual areas below)
but this is also for tag toll transponders like ezpass or peach pass or sun pass or Ipass etc

Ahha I get it now, thanks for the info that was really helpful.
then I must make sure that it has the noise insulated glass option from the factory.
I wonder if it doesn't have the noise insulated glass if I can retrofitted on an after market shop.
Get a K40 installed with laser diffusers front and rear. I've been "lit up" many times, zero tickets.
I am running the ALP anti laser priority and Stinger on the other car. Both are having trouble with the LIDAR laser speed cameras.
they just don’t do the job as advertised, the laser let’s you know when you are too close no time to stop. And no way to jam the LIDAR polyscan as far as I know.
I will go ahead and research the k40 and see if it’s any different.
